I believe that we cannot separate our beliefs about reality (whether religious, spiritual, atheistic, or agnostic) from our experience. That’s why I will always translate our work to your worldview, and/or help you uncover and make sense of any conflicting beliefs. Being grounded in your understanding of reality is a critical foundation for success.

I know from firsthand experience and decades of study that we do have free will and can use that to shape our lived experience. I teach methods that I have personally used to expand my own reality and achieve my goals — and also how to interpret challenging moments when we aren’t achieving our goals.

Learning how to manage a business, an executive role, or a career change with integrity for yourself and your family is key. I am recovering from hustle culture and the damage it wreaked on my body and health. I now know that my wellbeing is foundational for impact and teach others the nitty gritty of how to heal from hustle culture.
